Basement Apartment Redesign Blueprint

I’d like to convert my existing basement layout into a comfortable, full-time apartment. I already have the current floor plan; now I need a revised version that fits my day-to-day needs which im ok to rebuild all the walls again.

What I’m after
• Re-arrange the space so it works as a primary living area.
• Fit three well-proportioned bedrooms (one of them master room with a walk in closet)along with the usual kitchen, bathroom(total of 3 bathrooms ), living area, laundry room and small storage.
• Keep traffic flow, storage, and natural-light opportunities in mind while working within the existing walls and utility lines. Keeping in mind i have couple of very small windows that i cant change them but the front windows.

What you’ll deliver
• A clear, dimensioned floor plan (PDF or CAD) showing walls, doors, windows, and key fixtures—enough detail for me to discuss the build with a contractor.
• One quick revision round after I review the first draft.

I’ll supply the original basement drawing and any measurements you need as soon as we start.
