Barndo-style House Plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need detailed floor plans for a single-family home. The design should emulate a barndo aesthetic but be constructed as a traditional stick-built home on what we are thinking will be a 4' frost wall.
Key Requirements:
- Floor plans for a single-family residential building
- Architectural design mimicking a barndo look
- Stick-built construction on a foundation

-large garage - considering turning the truss system at garage to have a bonus room over garage but concerned about potential moisture issues. Looking to have a mother-n law suite and were told that it would be less expensive to build over garage than over the bedrooms of the living quarters
great room concept with vaulted ceiling - want beams
- have a a picture of a basic floor plan we like but have some alterations
-need plans sufficient to get our building permit - we are general contracting the home ourselves. We are in Chippewa County Wisconsin, zipcode 54703
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in residential architectural design
- Experience with barndo-style aesthetics
- Strong understanding of stick-built construction techniques
-someone who can also help us determine electrical design - (enough outlets, floor outlets, special lighting features perhaps indoors and outdoors
-prefer to work with someone in the US - but for sure English speaking
