I'm seeking a skilled architect or designer to reimagine the layout of two 2BHK units. The aim is to maximize natural light and efficiently use space without needing interior work later.
Key requirements:
- Optimize natural light: larger windows or French windows in the living room, bedrooms, and kitchen.
- Realign space to include:
- Washing machine provision in the kitchen
- Pooja shelf provision
- Drying clothes area
- Bigger wardrobes in bedrooms
- Bigger kitchen platforms
- Bed placement that allows for larger wardrobes and maintains privacy (bedrooms should not be visible from the living or hall space)
- South side is road-facing; other sides have buildings
