I already have a draft plan for a 2-bedroom, ground-plus-one house. Room locations and most dimensions are settled; what I need now is a polished, fully detailed AutoCAD layout that complies with the local FSI rules and carries a clean, modern front elevation.
Your task is to take the existing DWG, refine every line, and add the full set of architectural details. Column positions should be re-worked to optimise an open floor plan without compromising stability. All standard annotations and dimensions must be in place so the drawing is construction-ready when it leaves your screen.
Deliverables for hand-off in 1–2 working days:
• Updated AutoCAD (.dwg) file with corrected and clean layers
• Modern front elevation, ready for presentation
• Column grid with sizes and spacing set for an open layout
• Door and window schedule, glass detailing, and terrace layout
• Water-tank placement with pipe drops noted
• Any other standard architectural notes required for site execution
