AutoCAD Residential Plans Cleanup & Mirror

I’m supplying a seven-sheet residential plan set that now needs a meticulous redraw. Every wall, dimension, and detail must stay exactly as shown, but the overall presentation has to look like it came straight from a permitting office.

Your task is to recreate the full set in AutoCAD, paying special attention to lineweights, text quality, and general sheet layout so the pages read clearly at both full and half scale. While you’re redrawing, update the existing annotations where they fall short of current local building-code wording; no new notes are required beyond that.

When the geometry is complete, produce a mirrored version of the entire design so the driveway/garage can flip to the opposite side without altering any room sizes or structural elements.

Deliverables
• A fully editable DWG package (layered, purged, XREF-free)
• A clean, permit-ready PDF set ready to plot at 24" × 36"
• An identically formatted mirrored DWG and PDF set

I’ll verify that all sheets align with the original dimensions, that revised annotations satisfy local code language, and that plotting from AutoCAD reproduces the same graphic clarity shown in the PDFs.
