AutoCAD Residential Floor Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a precise, build-ready floor plan drafted in AutoCAD for a residential home that will ultimately include three to four bedrooms. I’ll supply the rough sketches, preferred room sizes, and a short wishlist as soon as we start; your role is to translate that information into a clean, well-layered DWG that can also be issued as a print-ready PDF.
The core layout must cover bedrooms, living-dining area, kitchen, and the usual wet areas, and I’d like you to leave enough flexibility in the layout to accommodate an optional study or gym later on if space allows. Accurate dimensions, logical layer naming, and clear door/window schedules are essential so the file slots straight into an architect or builder’s workflow.
Deliverables
• Native AutoCAD (.dwg) file
• PDF sheet(s) to scale with title block
• One round of minor revisions after I review the first draft
