2D AutoCAD Plan to 3D

I have a complete 2D floor plan in AutoCAD and need it converted into a clean, accurate 3D model for construction and building coordination. The scope is limited to the core structure—walls, columns, and beams—so no furniture, lighting, or decorative finishes are required.

What I’ll provide:
• The original DWG file and any reference dimensions.

What I need back:
• A 3D model of the basic structure only, delivered in a compatible format (DWG, and IFC—whichever suits your workflow best).
• A few exported views or screenshots that clearly show overall layout, elevations, and any critical structural details.

Accuracy is key; every wall and beam must align with the original plan so contractors can rely on the file for quantity take-offs and clash checks. If you work in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD 3D, or a similar tool, just let me know—interoperability is fine as long as the final output lands in DWG/IFC.
