AutoCAD IFC Redline Drawing Updates

My current IFC drawing set, authored in AutoCAD, needs a clean round of revisions based on the attached red-line PDF. Key changes include replacing four bedroom windows with 60" × 79.5" sliding patio doors to satisfy egress and fire-code, re-orienting the main entrance, deck, stairs and the larger roof plane (solar array) so they all face south, and weaving a few fresh exterior accents into the elevations.

The updated package must fully absorb every markup on the PDF, maintain layer discipline and naming used in the existing files, and remain ready for future red-line cycles as well as downstream 3D rendering. I have additional individual pages to add as I only allowed "Max 25MB". Will send this after awarding the scope of work to individual.

Deliverables (all digital, and print(PDF)):
• Revised working .DWG and .SKP files and matching IFC exports
• A single, consolidated PDF set showing “clouded” changes
• Any new blocks, families, or custom hatch patterns created for the exterior accents

Timeline: final files in hand within 14 days of project start.
