Australian Monument Sign Engineering
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I already have the floor plan and elevations for a concrete monument sign; what is still missing are the structural drawings that will satisfy Australian certification requirements. The footing must be designed for H-class (highly reactive) soil, so I need calculations and details showing pier/slab dimensions, reinforcement schedules, and anchorage sized for local wind loading in accordance with AS 1170 and AS 3600.
Time is critical—I’d like the signed package ready to lodge with council as soon as possible.
