We are seeking architectural drawings for two simple and cost-effective house models intended for a social housing program. The goal is to produce functional, economical, and easy-to-build designs.
House Model 1 – Two-Bedroom Unit
Rooms & Layout:
• 2 bedrooms
o Master bedroom with:
Private shower and toilet
Small walk-in dressing area
o Second bedroom with built-in closet
• Shared shower and toilet located in the hallway (for the second bedroom)
• Living room
• Kitchen with direct access to the laundry/utility room
• Attached open garage (simple covered parking space)
• Laundry/utility room positioned directly beside the kitchen
Design Objective: simple, practical, and optimized for low construction costs.
House Model 2 – Three-Bedroom Unit
Rooms & Layout:
• 3 bedrooms
o Master suite with private shower and toilet
o Two additional bedrooms sharing a common bathroom (shower + toilet)
