Architectural Designer Needed to Finalise Residential Project : Family Home Building Design (G+5) – Floor area: 288 m²
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am seeking an experienced architectural designer or architect to take over and complete the final 20% of a residential architectural project.
Approximately 80% of the design work is already completed, including floor area allocations and spatial planning, exterior architectural concept, interior furnishing layouts, and a coordinated Revit model incorporating these elements.
Total footprint: 18 m × 16 m (entrance on the 18 m side)
Front: 2.0 m veranda
A) Ground Floor Apartment (1 apartment – full floor)
B) Typical Duplex Apartment (Upper floors – each apartment is 2 levels) x 2
The role is to develop, coordinate, and document the project into a full construction-ready architectural drawing set, ensuring technical accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant building regulations.
The scope of work and required deliverables include:
Site plan showing boundaries, building footprint, access points, and setbacks
Floor plans for all levels with dimensions, room names, and areas
Roof plan showing layout
Front, rear, and side elevations indicating heights and external finishes
Building sections illustrating levels, heights, and relation to ground
Setback and height compliance drawings
Door and window schedules
Architectural detail drawings, including typical wall sections, wet area details, balcony and veranda details, stair details
The final output must be a complete and professional architectural documentation package suitable for authority approvals, tendering, and construction.
