2449 - Architectural Construction Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Please quote for the production of a set of architectural construction drawings for an alterations + additions using AutoCAD.
Refer to the attached schedule of drawings that need to be completed.
Once the job is assigned, further details, architectural drawings + structural drawings will be provided to assist.
Payments will be processed over 4 milestones with a submission and review at each stage:
Milestone 1 – 20% Task 1 + 2
Milestone 2 – 50% Task 3 + 4
Milestone 2 – 80% Task 5 + 6
Milestone 3 – 90% General Markup of everything
Milestone 4 – 100% completion of drawings
Please allow for markups to all other drawings in the quote!
Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON ARCHITECTURAL DRAFSTMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY.
All drawings in A3 size and completed in Autocad using sheet sets.
PDF and .dwg files are to be provided
