Architect for Mixed-Use Loft Complex
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I own an L-shaped commercial parcel and I’m ready to turn it into a three-in-one destination: a 2–3-story structure that blends industrial-loft character with modern functionality. Think glass storefronts framed by exposed steel beams, accents of brick or stucco, and interiors that feel open yet purposeful.
Here is what the building must accommodate:
• Ground-level retail bays sized for cafés, restaurants, and everyday service businesses, each with generous glazing to the street.
• A professional office hub designed for about twenty people, combining an open floor area, several private offices, and at least one conference room.
• Upper-level loft apartments that capitalize on the industrial aesthetic while meeting local code for residential occupancy.
I am initially looking for an artistic rendering or imagery to begin the visuals of the project. Once that base idea is established, I will move toward true architectural design.
