Architect Needed for Boutique Beach Resort / Guest House Design (Existing Approved Building Plan)

I already have an approved architectural building plan for a Stilt + Ground + First + Second building. The building footprint and overall dimensions are fixed. I am looking for an experienced architect to transform this into a premium boutique guest house / beach resort design.
Important: I do not want construction drawings immediately. I want to finalize the concept first to avoid redesign costs.
Scope of Work (Phase-wise)

Understand the approved building plan.
Review the site.
Prepare a site zoning plan.
Optimize guest circulation and space planning.
Phase 2
Detailed floor plans.
Room layouts.
Reception.
Parking.
Lift and staircase.
Outdoor amenities.
Phase 3
Simple 3D massing model for approval.
Exterior concept (modern tropical/beach resort style).
Phase 4
Interior concepts for guest rooms and common areas.
Only after my approval, prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
