Archicad Model & Extension Build

Job ID: 40179972

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I already have the core house captured in SketchUp and the planned extension drafted in DWG. What I need now is a single, clean Archicad file that contains two separate schemes: (1) the existing building and (2) the same building with the new add-on. Both versions must be fully detailed—structure, interiors, exteriors, plus accurate materials and textures—so the project team and local council can rely on the file without cross-checking other sources.

You will receive:
• the current SketchUp model of the original house
• DWG plans, sections and elevations for the extension
• a mood board packed with AI-generated reference images that lock down style, proportions and material choices

Key expectations
• Recreate the original building faithfully in Archicad, correcting any geometry issues along the way.
• Integrate the extension so it sits seamlessly against the existing fabric.
• Follow the reference imagery for every material and texture; don’t default to generic Archicad surfaces.
• Produce permit-ready documentation: floor plans, sections, elevations and any schedules normally required in a building-permit set.
• Deliver everything—both model variants and PDFs—within 10 days of project start.

I value precision, tidy layering, and models that open without warnings. Familiarity with building-code conventions and the graphic standards expected for permit drawings will be a strong plus. If you can hit the timeline while meeting those standards, let’s get started.
