Apartment Complex AutoCAD Plans

I need complete architectural drawings created in AutoCAD for a residential apartment complex. The concept is already sketched on paper; what’s missing are clean, layered CAD files that can go straight to structural, MEP, and permitting teams.

Building type
• Residential – an apartment complex with roughly 60–70 units over five floors, plus underground parking.

What I will supply
• Site survey in DWG
• Hand-drawn floor-plan sketches with room counts and square-foot targets
• Local zoning setbacks, height limits, and parking requirements

What I expect back
• Dimensioned floor plans for every level, including parking garage
• Elevations and at least two building sections showing key heights and materials
• A simple roof framing plan (no structural sizing—just layout)
• DWG and PDF exports, all layers named logically

Accuracy matters: all wall thicknesses, stair and ramp slopes, egress widths, and ADA clearances must follow the latest International Building Code and ADA 2010 guidelines.

File organisation should let any consultant turn layers on/off without hunting: separate annotation, walls, doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture blocks. No exploded blocks, and please keep everything in model space; layouts can carry viewports and title blocks.

Timing
I’d like the first-pass floor plans within one week of project start. Revisions: two rounds included, turned around within two business days each. Final package due two weeks after approval of the revised plans.
