All-Inclusive Shared Housing Plan

I’m creating an all-inclusive independent-living home for veterans, low-income adults, people re-entering society, and individuals moving out of homelessness. To move from vision to reality I need a comprehensive plan that blends thoughtful space design with wrap-around support services.

Physical layout
The house must feature a welcoming common lounge, a fully equipped community kitchen, an open dining area, and private & shared bedrooms. Drawings should show furniture placement, storage solutions, accessible routes, and a convenient pick-up / drop-off zone for our weekly transportation run.

Support-service integration
Please weave the following into the design and operations guide:
• On-site or virtual emotional-support with the help of outside agencies
• A small employment-resource nook that can host job-placement counselors
• A reliable weekly transportation schedule covering groceries and essential errands



Deliverables
• Written operations manual covering intake, house rules, service schedule, and transportation logistics
• Code-compliance checklist
• High-level implementation timeline with cost estimates

Acceptance criteria: the design accommodates at least six residents comfortably within the existing footprint, aligns with the stated support services, and is inspection-ready.
