ASAP Electrical Engineering for Childcare Centre

Job ID: 39974787

Budget: $10 – $30,000 AUD

Our new childcare centre is ready to move from concept to construction, and the last piece I need is a complete electrical engineering package delivered as soon as possible. The building drawings are in DWG and PDF; what I require now is a licensed electrical engineer who can translate those plans into a fully compliant design that satisfies both local building codes and the more stringent safety standards that govern early-learning facilities.

Scope of work
• Perform load calculations and panel schedules based on the centre’s equipment list (kitchen appliances, HVAC interface, security cameras, access control, and AV).
• Design lighting layouts that achieve recommended lux levels for learning spaces, sleep rooms, kitchens and outdoor play areas, including emergency and exit lighting.
• Produce single-line diagrams, wiring layouts and circuiting with clear labeling for contractors.
• Integrate fire-alarm interface points and smoke-detector placement in accordance with childcare regulations.
• Provide a concise compliance report and any forms needed for authority approval.
• Offer one revision round after the initial submission to reflect feedback from the architect or local inspector.

Key expectations
– Deliver all drawings in both AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDF.
– Stamp or sign off if you are registered in Australia; if not, please state your jurisdiction so I can arrange local certification.
– Completion time: I need the first complete set within the next two weeks, sooner if you can manage it without compromising quality.

Please include a brief note on similar projects you have completed and confirm your availability to start immediately.
