Project Manager required

There is a short term need for a Project Manager to support small construction projects with NSW Area Health. Skills required:
Leadership: coordinate and motivate subcontractors to can successfully exchange ideas, come up with a plan, and complete the project.
Communication: communicate with various groups of people throughout the projects, from clients to vendors, team members, and other managers inside and outside the company.
Time management: excellent time management in order to keep the project running smoothly and on time.
Problem solving: problem-solving is essential to develop solution that works for all parties involved in the project.
Risk management: the ability to assess and manage the risks.
Negotiation skill: the ability to politely push back when needed but give all the parties involved the feeling that they are getting what they want.
