Commercial BREEAM In-Use Performance Optimization
Budget: £3,000 – £5,000 GBP
I am on the lookout for an experienced and qualified BREEAM assessor to assist with BREEAM In-Use Assessments for several commercial properties, mainly offices, in Knightsbridge, London.
This will be part of an initiative funded by local businesses to deliver a behaviour change programme in workplaces to improve their in use sustainability. The ideal candidate should have:
- Knowledge of BREEAM In-Use Assessments and its intricacies of office buildings
- A solid understanding of environmental sustainability standards for commercial properties.
- Proven experience in enhancing environmental performance in similar buildings or projects.
Goals of this project:
- Conduct a number (circa ten) BREEAM In-Use Assessments.
- Develop and recommend actions to improve the environmental performance of each building.
We require a separate quote for Part 1 and Part 2 assessments. This is because in some cases these buildings might already have a Part 1 assessment.
