wastewater survey

I am looking for a freelancer to conduct a wastewater survey at a single site. The purpose of the survey is to assess current wastewater management practices. Information will be gathered through interviewing staff and key stakeholders, as well as observing relevant processes and operations. The survey will provide data to identify areas for improvement in wastewater treatment, and to help comply with regulatory requirements.
