I am looking for an experienced commercial building inspector to inspect a commercial building and recommend any necessary repairs. The commercial building is 10-20 years old and has never had any previous inspections or repairs done on it. The primary use of the building is industrial/manufacturing space. The inspector will conduct a thorough inspection of the building, analyzing and noting the condition of various components, such as the roof, walls, floors, windows, doors, and more. After the inspection, I require a detailed report on the condition of the building, including any repairs or renovation that may be needed, along with a cost estimate for any work that needs to be done. I am looking for an inspector who has extensive experience in this field and who can provide a reliable and accurate assessment.
