Commercial Section J Compliance Certificate

My commercial building is fully completed and I now need a Regulation 126 Certificate of Compliance that explicitly addresses AS 1668.2 ventilation requirements and Section J energy provisions. I can supply “as built” plans, commissioning reports, and photographs; you will confirm conformity on-site (or via a detailed desktop audit if acceptable) and issue the signed Reg 126 certificate ready for lodgement with the building surveyor.
Key expectations
