I would like to remodel my backyard and remove an old shed

I am looking to remodel my backyard, and would like to remove an old shed. I have a budget of less than $5000 for the project, and am hoping to completely makeover my existing backyard in a modern style. I am looking for someone to completely transform the look of my backyard, from landscaping to structural changes- whatever is necessary to make the complete transformation.
