I would like a PDF of a building plan edited

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can provide a new clean set of PDFs of an existing building plan. My preference is have this building plan redrawn through AUTOcad. The specific changes needed for this project include:
- Clean copy of the overall warehouse complex and parking spots without title blocks
- Individual drawings of the separate warehouse units
- Separate parking lot plan
