Co-Working Space Requirements:
We are looking to create a co-working space that accommodates a diverse range of tenants, including freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. Our goal is to create a functional and productive environment that fosters collaboration and community while also providing flexibility and affordability to our tenants.
The co-working space should be approximately 1930 square feet and should include the following features:
Hot Seats - Open Area:20 hot seats located in an open area that provides a flexible and collaborative workspace for tenants.
15-20 dedicated seats that provide tenants with a semi-private workspace
6 person office: A private office that can accommodate up to six people.
4 person office: A private office that can accommodate up to four people
2 person office : A private office that can accommodate up to two people.
Phone booth
Meeting Rooms:
Conference room: A private meeting room/conference hall that can accommodate up to 16 people.
Small meeting room : A private meeting room that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Toilets: 2 well designed toilets (with a small changing are for ladies) that are easily accessible to tenants.
Pantry Area: A pantry area that provides tenants with access to a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee machine.
Recreation Area: A recreation area that provides tenants with an opportunity to relax, socialize, and recharge. The recreation area should include comfortable seating, a television, and games such as foosball or ping pong or carroms.
Reception+Visitor Seating: A reception area that provides a welcoming and professional entrance for tenants and visitors. The reception area should include a reception desk, visitor seating, and access to a community bulletin board.
