wood barn draft

My name is Sally and I’m looking for a freelancer to draft up plans for a large wooden amish style barn. The barn idea I have is roughly 40 x 80 ft with 10 ft lean-to sheds off the long sides of the barn. a 20 ft wide center aisle with four 10x12' stalls, a concrete floor wash stall, and a feed tack room housing a half bath. I want a stair to the loft area, and a 1 bedroom apartment in the loft area. The barn will primarily built of oak, most of which will be milled from my own property. I've got some basic drawings, renderings of a plan, but need professional architectural draftsman input to make it a reality. The images i have attached show a 40x60 barn, but i have the land space ot make is a 40x80, so that is what i would like to shoot for. I am thankful to discuss additional designs and options.
