Welcome to my project! I'm looking for someone to construct a medium-sized viewing deck, 10-20 sqm in size, using a composite construction material. The purpose of the viewing deck is to provide a platform for me to get away from it all and enjoy the beautiful scenery of my location.
Additionally, a deck to run under the viewing platform, around my pool and up the side of the house.
We would like to incorporate designs for a second master bedroom upstairs.
I expect the Architect to use their expertise to design and construct a safe and aesthetically pleasing viewing deck that will withstand the elements of my location and last me for years to come.
