there is an empty plot and we want to construct twin bungalows in that area. We prefer to keep the ground floor for parking, servant room, common storeroom and other miscellaneous purposes
Requirement is
1. Hall
2. Puja Room
3. 3 Bedroom
4. Kitchen
5. Storeroom
6. Balcony

There should be cross ventilation in each room and minimum one balcony. This semi urban area setup.
