survey and architectural drawings

I am looking for an experienced professional to handle a survey of a 3rd floor flat and architectural drawings to modify the flat for planning purposes. The flat measures 1300sqft and the room for design will be the access stairs and room in the loft space above the flat. The survey required is a Construction Survey to include the loft space and the condition of woodwork and walls in the flat for purchasing purposes. I need Floor Plans to be created for building regs and planning permission. The professional must provide reliable and accurate results as per the specified requirements. The surveyor should also have the necessary equipment and resources to handle the project quickly and efficiently.
