Re-structuring of Existing House. Ground Floor Plan Only

I am looking for a skilled professional to re-structure the existing layout of my house. The current attached layout of the house is an traditional 30 year old framed structure. I do not have a desired floor plan for the project, as I am open to any design as per the current trend and vastu as well.

You can change the walls and all the other things within the same framed structure (except stairs).

We are looking for..

- Two Bedrooms (with Attached W/c)
- Living + Dining
- Store
- Pooja
- One common W/c

East Side : 10' Backlane
West Side : 30' Road
North/South : Adjoining Houses

Land size is 31'8" by 50'

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in house layout re-structuring
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and space planning
- Proficiency in working with open floor plans
