Structural Design for a Residential Building

I am looking for a structural designer to help me design a G+1 medium-scale multi-unit residential building Considering all the design criteria as per Indian standard codes(e.g. Dynamic Loading, Static Loading Design of shear walls etc.) I am open to suggestions and some specific design elements will have to design are Foundation, Staircase, Columns, Beams and Shear wall for Lift.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in designing residential buildings
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and codes
- Ability to create innovative and functional designs
- Proficiency in relevant design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the client and other team members
- I am in need of a structural design for a residential building
- Although I don't have specific design concepts in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want
- The expected timeline for the project is flexible, with more than 6 weeks for completion
