staircase build

Hello! I am looking to build a staircase from the ground level to the second floor of the outside of my house. I am looking for a combination staircase with two landings and have a specific design in mind. I prefer wood as the material used for the staircase. I need help with a design plan for the construction of this project, and eventually would like to find someone on Freelancer with experience building staircases.
