i’m requesting a complete document for a restaurant building from zero until the end

~ the restaurant offers international high end food that has never been in the city nor the presentation of the food with specialty coffee and few bakery and some pasta and pizza

the bulding have an 150 sqm of outdoor space next to it that can be used as private sitting areas

•the building should have an elevator
*the bulding should be spared on three floors
*it is three facades bulding with a premium location so it should be extraordinary
* under ground is possible if needed
*no hight restrictions of the budging with 5M ground floor ceilings
