small tower house

hello I live in the mountains and have a lot excavated and a house compacted and ready. I would like a small foot print 3 story tower with a bed and bath on the second and third floor. I would like the roof to be a flat roof deck with an external stair case coming from the third floor porch. the house footprint should be 16 x 20.
