sloped driveway

I am looking to hire a freelancer to construct a sloped driveway on my property. The length of the driveway would be 50-100 feet long and the material used to build it would be gravel. I'm looking for a moderate slope in the driveway. The contractor must have experience constructing such driveways, as the quality of the work is of utmost importance to me. All materials must meet relevant safety regulations, and all work must be done to the highest standard. In addition, I am looking for the contractor to provide professional advice on any matters that arise during the construction process.
