semi-attached garage conversion plans
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I would like to have blueprints drafted for a home renovation project to convert a semi-attached garage into a bedroom with en-suite bath. I have full site plans for the home from a recent renovation project that was completed in 2021, and I have sketches with dimensions of what I would like to build.
Project needs to meet NYS and town of Hempstead building codes. I will have to hire a local architect or structural engineer to approve and oversee the project, but I would prefer to get the plans done myself, especially with the backlog of work and slow turnaround in the local industry right now.
This is a small personal project, but mid-term, I am hoping to find one or more architects and structural engineers that can turn work like this around quickly as I have several construction related business interests, and want to be able to move fast on projects.
I will update this project with images and floorplans later.
