room addition house plans

I am in need of an experienced drafts person or designer to create plans for a large room addition to my house. The estimated size of the room addition is over 300 sq ft. I have a specific design style in mind for the room addition, which is traditional. The intended purpose of the room addition is to create a bathroom and kitchen space. I have most of the details done. I need plans to submit for the building permit.
