restructure office unit with a large conference room

I am in need of a restructure of my office unit to feature a large conference room. Currently, there are several private offices, and I am looking to turn those into a large conference room. This space needs to accommodate 20 to 50 people, so it should be large enough for everyone to spread out and be comfortable during meetings. Additionally, I am looking for the conference room to contain AV equipment to help facilitate presentations. As the organization grows, I anticipate having more formal meetings, which makes having a well-equipped space essential. I look forward to seeing how the restructure turns out and what creative solutions the bidders can come up with. Existing floor plan is attached.
