remodel ideas and projects

I am looking for estimates on home projects. The first is cementing my back maybe front yard to, so I won't have to rake up weeds and leaves and disposal of them. I will be easily able to sweep them or blow them up. The second is to allow a walk way from my kitchen to my carport laundry room. The third item is a privacy fence.
