redesign for 80sqm house

I'm looking for a skilled designer to renovate my 80 sqm house focusing on the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. I already have the old scans . we cant change a lot about the structure but I need to redesign spaces and need cad plans with details and 3ds for new design. I'm more into Modern minimalistic style.
