plans for new house

I am in need of a talented Freelancer to help me with plans for my new house. My house will be medium-sized (1,000-2,000 sq ft) and I want it to have a custom design. I already have a specific list of features and rooms that I want included in my house, so the Freelancer must be able to work with this list in order to create the perfect plan for my desired house.
