plans and drawings

I am looking for someone who can draw plans in AutoCAD architecture 2014 and up. I have attached a copy of sample plans and drawings for a project we have just completed. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can read and interpret scopes of work and understands the construction of buildings and create a set of meaningful architectural plans similar to those I have supplied (as an example) from an AutoCAD model that we supply. The drawings and design must comply with the building code of Australia NCC2019 and the current residential design code 7.3.1. The plans will be certified here by a building surveyor, so they must comply. any rework will be at your cost. The plans must be of a quality that allows a builder to quote and carry out the refurbishment and update of existing housing to the standard required. This is a large-scale project. The final plans must be similar in style and relevance to those I have attached as an example. Each project will be a different style building with different problems, so you cannot generate generic plans.
I look forward to working with a freelancer who can help. Please understand we need very specific people. Do not waste my time if you are just someone who can draw a bit or use AutoCAD. The person we need must understand the construction of buildings, as well as be able to draw, and understand scopes of work.
