planning permission

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with planning permission for a residential project. We sent already a planning application and it was invalid and back to us with some points to amend, related with:
- A Site Plan
- North arrow in the Floor plan are not correctly oriented
- Elevations are not measuring to the scale
