my husband and i want to build a home that as an unfinished basement, main floor is gonna at least have the kitchen, formal dining room, living room, ballroom and a half bath the top floor we want 1-2 master suites and 7-8 regular bedrooms after that and 2 bedrooms will share one bathroom
