new underlayment for tile roof plans
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The current underlayment is old style hot mopped felt, but I would consider something else that was longer lasting and easier to install. I have attached a photo of the roof. I will be the general contractor. Its for my own house which is paid for.
