1812_new dwelling_ RCP + lighting plan
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
To amend an RCP + lighting plan of the ground floor of a multi-residential development where two units have been consolidated into one unit. Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON-ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMEN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS ARE REQUIRED.
The current RCP+lighting plan (CAD+PDF) will be sent as the start document and for reference together with the floorplan. An initial mark up of the new RCP+lighting layout will be sent The RCP+lighting plan is to be set in A3 size and to be provided in both CAD + PDF files. Payments will be processed over 2 stages with submission and review at each stage.

Stage 2 – 100% completed
