Build a garden room of about 19.5m2. The building will be timber frame based on ground screws. Draft plans are attached.
I would need support to meet building control approval on subjects such as overall dimensions of the building, the type and number of ground screws, the size of the roof ridge beam, the floor rafters, the roof rafters, the lintel design over the window, etc.
