I need a structural ebgineer

I want to build a small simple cottage of about 800 sq ft (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and hall) and construct a warehouse type of structure on top of it. I already have the floorplan done. I need to get the structural design done accounting for the fact that it is in a cyclone prone area in Odisha. Suggestions for making the cottage naturally cool will be welcome too. This is first phase.
