I need stamped house plans.
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I picked out a house plan but the city requires the stamp of either architect or engineer. I am willing to look at a different plan or pay someone to review and stamp the ones I planned to purchase. I need a quote!
The house will be 2,000 square feet. We need footprint 40 foot wide by 60 foot deep (at most).due to narrow lot
We planned 2 bedroom downstairs (including master), 2 bedroom upstairs.
Bath: 1 full upstairs. 2 full downstairs (including master)
2 car (one door) garage -estimated 20x20 or thereabouts- front entry (left side of house)
Dining room needed.
Laundry Room needed.
Pantry needed.
We are trying to keep a budget of $2,000 for house plan all in - willing to look at already created stock plans if you can provide it stamped!
